The population density of Mauritania is very low, only three people per square kilometre. Hong Kong is much higher. It has six thousand people per square kilometre.
The economy of Hong Kong is mainly based on service industry and tourism while that of Mauritania is mainly based on agriculture.
The healthcare of Mauritania is very poor while Hong Kong’s healthcare is very good. Hong Kong has to face overpopulation and crime while Mauritania has to face slavery, child labour and hunger.
