Wonderland là thành phố lớn nhất thế giới không có hệ thống xe điện ngầm hay tàu trên không. Thành phố 26 triệu dân này đang trong tình trạng tắc nghẽn giao thông ngày càng nghiêm trọng.
Hàng ngày hơn 1000 chiếc ô tô mới tham gia lưu thông. Thành phố đang phải đối đầu với các vấn đề ô nhiễm nghiêm trọng. Có ít xe bus hơn trước đây, và gần 10 triệu chiếc xe ô tô di chuyển ở Wonderland mỗi ngày.
